There seems to be a real shortage of building managers. Whenever I scan the classifieds job section there are a dozen jobs for building supervisors or super-couples. I'm guessing that management has to take some questionable people just to keep the systems going. Maybe if the job paid a little more there could be a better class of person attracted.
