Hi! I live and work in the East end of Toronto. I have many aquaintences who live in Etobicoke and I was dropping someone off in the endless old suburbs, down by the Lake (north of the Queensway) when it struck me that these neighbourhoods of private small homes and lowrise apartment buildings are as beautiful as anywhere in this country. The birds were singing and it was tranquil and beautiful. No monster houses here but the air is clean the lake is nearby.
Why is dirty, smelly, crack infested, Leslieville such a popular place? Etobicoke rocks!
