This is a rant, but someone on our street has an eight foot fence in their back yard. they are almost around the end of our crescent and we can still see it.
Isn't there a limit? I think it is really inconsiderate for them to put it there and possibly illegal.
If anyone can post bylaw information or any information about how to address this privately (i would prefer not to have a confrontation).
The rest of the fences are either 5 feet or six feet. I know there are some by the busy connector streets with sound blockers, but our neighbourhood had no need for that.
Is there a law against ugly?
